Hi Everyone, BLOKES PLAY BLUES does what it says on the tin. Formed in mid-2022. After several gigs in 2023 and more in 2024, we’ve now added new material and already have two gigs booked in 2025.

We are six blokes, playing blues with a jazz flavour. As we all know what we’re doing, it’s just about having fun. We're all of a certain vintage, so there are no prima donnas in the band, just a bunch of Blokes Playing Blues.

There’s:

KEVIN BLOKE who plays Sax, Guitar, Harmonica and sings a bit.

TIM BLOKE who plays lead and rhythm guitar on Big Red, or the Black Beast.

GRAHAM BLOKE the Ace on the Bass, who has played on stages with famous bands who have been household names, also sings backing.

COLIN BLOKE our shiny new drummer, sets the groove, keeps us all in line and makes us swing!

DAVE BLOKE aka 'Dave the Guitar', soloist or vocalist, just loves to play the blues.

DAVID BLOKE the latest addition to the band, David has taken on the mantle of lead singer and all round good Bloke.
